I doubt that will cover the cost of environmental and activist lawsuits.

NH is already going through similar problems with a wind company trying to place windmills in it’s northern sector.

GE Energy has it’s windmill manufacturing plant in Bangor Maine. It is one of the largest employers in the region. Snowe and Collins are good foot servants for their masters.
