So the latest creepy, almost funny story comes out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, where a volunteer gun safety instructor ordered “liberals” out of his class, specifically Daniel Reddy and his son Lane Dunkley. Tulsa World writes:

…when father and son arrived at the lesson, the volunteer instructor, Kell Wolf, asked if any of the students voted for President Obama.

Reddy, a transplanted Californian - and ex-Marine - raised his hand.

According to Reddy and others in the room, Wolf called Obama “the next thing to the Anti-Christ” and ordered Reddy and Dunkley from the room. When Reddy refused, Wolf said he would not teach “liberals” and would cancel the course if Reddy didn’t leave.

So Reddy and Dunkley left, as did a few others.

There are, however, large communities online, like Free Republic and Lucianne.com, where behavior like that instructor’s is widely seen as both normal and laudable. When the Shirley Nagel story broke, for instance, quite a few of posters on Free Republic commented on the story to cheer her on. “I love this woman!” exclaimed one. “We should have done the same, here,” said another. “What a great way to learn about how handouts work!” “After my own heart. The enemy in this war are the evil. No point in making their life easier or 'better'.”

The politically “sophisticated” response, of course, is to roll one’s eyes and say, with a world-weary air, that there’s nothing new about this. The politically “sophisticated” response is wrong. In fact, there is something new about it.

These kind of online communities, where countless like-minded haters visit every day, hang around for several hours, read news solely from the perspective of other haters...

I don't see anything creepy about this at all... however, what I do find creepy is the idea that liberals want to rationalize the freedom of speech and control conservative thoughts.

Here's what I DO know based on history... the liberals are going to be very, very disappointed if a dictator arises from their ranks. Because ALL FREE SPEECH will be restricted... especially theirs!

Take a look at how he acted towards PM Brown of Great Britain.His refusal to attend the CMH winners dinner,his refusal to vsit wounded servicemen in Germany, his planned manipulation of the voting system to assure his re-election in 2012, his increase in General Aviation security arrangements to prohibit small air craft travel and freedom of movement, his personal attacks on private citizens ( unprecedented for a president) who oppose him,his censorship of his history as a student at Columbia, his refusal to provide recorded details of his birth,and the list goes on. Omaba is a man with an attitute, and it indeed is nationalist socialist.

Wolf refused to comment on this incident, according to the reporter. I wonder why. Without his side of the story we only have the BO voter's word for what really happened.

Wolf might be a plant to make conservatives look bad (why did this "tory" get so much press?). He could be a far-right extremist, which is not a conservative, but just as much a nut as a far-left extremist. Will the press dig far enough to find the truth to this "story", or will they leave it as it is?

This clinic instructor was fired...by the Wildlife Dept. here in Oklahoma...and the "ex-marine" and his son were given a private lesson...along with an apology from the Dept.

I agree with what you said.....how many times have we heard where teachers / professors at public institutions brow-beat, lower grades, and denigrate students for standing on their conservative or Christian principles..and very little was/is done to the teacher / professor.

Too many times...IMO.

They are as far left as you can get....

That said....I'm not sure the story is "true"...but this is what they reported.
