TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran has test-fired a new long-range missile, the country's state Press TV reported on Sunday.

Iran often stages war games or tests weapons to show its determination to counter any attack by foes including Israel and the United States, which accuse the Islamic Republic of seeking to develop nuclear bombs. Tehran denies the charge.

"Iran test fires new long range missile," Press TV, Iran's English-language television station, said in a scrolling headline without giving details.

The Press TV report came less than a week after a top Iranian military commander said that Iranian missiles could now reach Israeli nuclear sites.

Just as Obama begins to disgustingly appease the butchers of the Iranian dictatorship — and the Taliban, and Cuba’s communists, Putin’s thugs, and Hamas & on & on.

Yep. How about the timing?

Imeanajihad is no Castro; Putin is no Kruschev; Whateverhisnameis is whatever his ego’s selfish best interests need him to be at any given moment.

None of this bodes well.

No problem.

Obama said he’ll talk to them and the Russians. We don’t need missile defense. Everyone will love us now!

Without Moscow's repeated shipments of nuclear fuel, Russian supplied nuclear technicians, coupled with the Kremlin making sure Iranian nuclear (weapons) facilities are surrounded by Russian anti-aircraft installations for the purpose of protection from Israel, (the nation Iran's madmen have sworn to exterminate) American, British fighters, thus when the Tehran terrorist exporting régime announces to the world that they have nuclear weapons, think of Putin and his KGB thugs which made the unthinkable a shocking reality.

Once again the Russians will utilize one of their most vile proxies to ignite what will likely result in the worst international crisis of 2009 (not including Obama's accelerated economic meltdown.)

When Israel justifiably defends herself against Iranian/Russian nuclear mass slaughter, energy prices will certainly skyrocket to unseen price levels, resulting in serious inflation, making the financial situation far worse -- and the world will blame the victim, not Iran's ruling Shi'ite killers, nor Putin's henchmen.

What will Obama and his 1960's era leftist totalitarians do?

Russia, China, and our other enemies are hoping to use the Iranian-Israeli War of 2009 to there advantage. They will use the skyrocketing energy prices and lame excuses (The US and NATO helped Israel and started the War) to collapse our economy.

I agree with what you said about our enemies blaming US for their economic problems.

In terms of energy exporters such as the anti-American tyrants Russia, Iran, Venezuela and the rest of the OPEC crowd, they need 'threats to international energy supplies' in order that prices rise to their 'acceptable levels'.

The problem for energy exporters is once prices shoot back up (they been rising toward $50ish) if major energy importers begin making cutbacks in long term shipments, in relation to buying the amount the need at the time (which was the case with Asian nations during the Asian Economic Flu) energy supplies rise quicker then OPEC can attempt to cut production, thereby dropping prices --- unless there are real/tangible shortages in the world's energy supplies, which could definitely happen caused by Iran's lunatics triggering a hot war in the shipping lanes of the Persian Gulf. Israel will not allow Tehran's Mahdi-crazed madmen to nuke them off the face of the Earth.
