Is it a coincidence that Obama’s Grandmother Dunham passed away on election eve, November 3, 2008? It is related to the constitutional eligibility of Obama? Once he was confident in victory, he had to take care of loose ends. Dunham was the last living US witness to the events and location of BHO’s naissance. Curious, they announce on election eve that she has succumbed from cancer, yet all the news previous to that was that she had a broken hip from a fall, went to the hospital and recovered. An election eve passing from a heretofore unannounced ailment is just too creepy. Hawaii officials said simultaneously there is a ‘birth certificate’ in our vault but its sealed.
All loose ends are tied up. I pray that I just am a paranoid conspiracy wing nut.
The BC issue is waiting in the wings until discontent with BO reaches critical mass.
That's all the GOP needs to do to take advantage of this persistent doubt. And when you are dealing with a Pied Piper, doubt is one of your best weapons.

Not a single one of the True Believers would utter so much as a f*rt in a wind storm. The question is, would ANYBODY do ANYTHING at ALL? The issue has been out there for months, and so far no one in any position of authority has done anything but yawn.
The economic collapse will not end until Obozo is out of office.
The controversy about his birth certificate will not go away until he proves where he was born. He has not done that yet. And will never voluntarily do that, because what he has said is a lie.

So why would the consequences be “grave”?? Ignoring the economic condition of the country for a second (which the Democrats have been doing since 1936 anyway), the progression seems pretty clear to me: declare The One to be The Unqualified... he is stripped off the throne and Biden is sworn in to replace him. Biden then names a new Veep, and the country continues rolling along.... careening downhill as we had before, save for several inner-city riots.
The most solid indication that there might be a legitimate reason for concern is the fact that Obama has expensive lawyers fighting efforts to force disclosure instead of simply ending the distraction by producing a valid birth cerificate.
Even if the courts and the Republican party don’t want to deal with the issue there are several states that may pass a law requiring candidates to document their eligibility to hold the office before they can be placed on the state ballot as candidates.
If just one state passes this type of law think what it could mean when the 2012 election gets started up.
I would like to see the requirement to provide proof of eligibility extended to the primaries as well.

Could it have anything to do with setting a precedent that anything other than the original BC is not valid proof of birth record? Until I see an ORIGINAL he ain’t my president.
Just asking because I don’t know. I do know cert. copies w/ a state seal are used all the time for other purposes. I don’t think a copy should be good enough for the office of president.
I still think an upside down Zero sticker needs to be our sign of protest. Damn sure make it alot easier to distinguish between the “US” and “THEMS”. Politics ought to be a real scary biz to be in right now. If POLITICIANS are smart at all they will show by their actions if allied with “US-We The People” or “them- those that would like to see this country move futher along the path to socialism”

This is no longer an issue.
SCOTUS will NOT do anything about it, because THEY swore Obama in with the knowledge that over 12 such suits were pending nation wide, two of which they refused to even hear prior to election day.
SCOTUS represented the last line of defense for our constitution. They blew it... effectively subjugating their power to the president and now fully dominate congress.
THE CONSTITUTION IS NO LONGER RELEVANT!
If this is not abundantly clear by now, then people just need to WAKE UP!
It is now nothing more than a tool to be interpreted how the powers that be (democrat-socialist party) need it to be interpreted. It is no longer the law of the land... it is the RUSE of the land... because it is has not been applied equally and literally. (and I’m not just talking about the BC issue... the BC issue was just the icing on the cake)
As LONG as democrats are in power, you can FORGET about this issue! If Republicans take the the senate and house in 2010, then MAYBE... just MAYBE... something can be done about it
Consequences? consequences? If he is proved to be ineligible, you kick him out, you indict him, throw him in prison, and “zero” out everything he has signed. Then we get Jimma Carter-wannabe, Joe Biden, for president, and kick his sorry rear out in three years!
