Maybe. If found inelligible, Plugs would replace Zero. But Harry Reid and 9 percent Nancy would still be writing the law (0bama hasn't vetoed anything yet, nor would Plugs). Face it, Pelosi and Reid are in charge of the country. Obama remains an empty suit.
However, confidence in the dems would plummet should Obama found to be inelligible. That might help some.
