Where is the “Obama can go to hell” choice?
Does anyone know if there are provisions in the bill that disqualify second homes and spec homes from this assistance? The handful of guys I know that are in trouble with their mortgages are in trouble with homes they don’t live in.
A friend and I had planned to buy up a couple of houses, fix them up, and sell them last year. He really pressed me to do this, but I was afraid the prices were just too high. We looked at a few, and I just didn’t see the potential for profit. Now, I’m SO glad we didn’t. He has the money to lose, but I really didn’t. Now if I can just pick the right time to jump back into the market..........
