Freerepublic.com is going to get shut down by the Secret Service for threatening President Obama's life. If it doesn't happen because of a flimsy proviso in the post discussed here, then we live in a still more dangerous world.

I’m confused. As there aren’t any tangible threats to anybody in any post displayed as “evidence”, why in the “H” do we take Kos, Air America, whatever seriously? Their sites produce far more “Hate” (to use their speaky) than anybody at FR.

My reply was not directed at your posts. (Straw men are fun aren’t they?) My comment was a defense of your mocking me for advising that we should be circumspect in our posts.
They do not play by gentlemen’s rules. They have and will misconstrue. It does no good to be right and on the correct side of the law when the sheriff is corrupt. This is not a legal issue. It is an issue of propaganda. I am contending that there is no reason to give the other side ammunition.
I like Rush, but he states things in an inflammatory way which makes him difficult to defend at times. He spends whole hours of his radio show explaining why “on loan from God” isn’t a presumptuous statement. He’s a showman. It’s his show. He can do that if he wants. But it takes away from valuable air time when he could be covering the actual issues.
Finally, I would like to point out that we take the homosexuals to task, correctly, for not policing their ranks and, instead, featuring the likes of NAMBLA in their parades. In the same vein, we should police our ranks and shut off non-productive talk of violence. Even when it is a rehash of such nonsense from DU or KOS.

And also, Mr. Robinson, I think it would be a good idea to instruct the mods to scan the thread for a minute or two to make sure that no one cuts and pastes the removed post.
One of those quoted was actually a reply from another poster who quoted a removed post.
I keep telling people here to watch their mouths and be careful what they write because people will use it against us. It’s happening.

I’ve encountered nufsed before on FR and have been puzzled by his tingle up his leg for Obama.
The active left is running scared. The clueless left does not get it, nor will they.

Like many, I tend to feel the same about little petty dictators who have no values upon which to rest their grasp for power. The sooner Obama goes , the better it will be for all of America. If events conspire so that he goes out in a pine box, it matters little to me.Obama is not my president, he is a usurper, a psychopomp, and a fascist.A man who has not proven himself to have complied with Article II, section 1 of the Constitution.
So I have no loyalty to Obama, and never will have.
