If you do something persistently and are called on it, it's not a personal attack. That attacks on Romney, Mormons and Romney supporters go well beyond the personal as many people on FR have noted, and are to some posters, who are not even Romney supporters, scary, as they have told me in private mail. Frankly, I believe many of you are undercover democratic operatives on FR not only to destroy Mitt but to divide conservatives and lead them in the wrong direction.

Romney has not been in politics most of his adult life ardently advocating for choice nor do we have any evidence that throughout his adulthood, while in the private sector, he was a member of a pro-choice organization, nor has he ever advocated same-sex marriage. Furthermore, as an elder in his church, during his private sector career he counseled women against abortion. I am more inclined to take sincerely, the pro-life and conservative conversion of such a person, and believe not only is it a huge mistake to lump him in with the likes of those above, it is a gross mischaracterization and a great injustice.
I did some volunteer work for a staunch conservative who ran against Arlen Specter years ago. My brother worked on his staff and we both sacrificed greatly for that effort and understand how difficult such RINOS are to defeat. Like you, I do not intend to vote for a RINO like candidate again.
He wouldn't survive the smell test, by some on this forum today.

You offer them as proof, then show the proof.
We very much agree on issues. But we part when it comes to candidates. A person who supports a candidate with no viability, loses all credibility in that area with me. It is people like you who gave us Obama.
Only 1/3 of the U.S. population will even bother vote. Reagan had the right message. Seems like the light in the loafers Milquetoast maverick's in the demLITE RINO party would get a freaking clue. But I wouldn't hold my breath..

I don't agree with Romney's pandering to Liberal voters. There are some, like Ann Coulter who think it is okay to do so. It is not my preferred method, one reason being, that it causes too much mistrust among your own.
However, to his credit, Romney never passed pro-choice legislation, but did manage to pass pro-life legislation in a state where he was greatly outnumbered. There is much to be said for that.
I have seen that article a number of times about two odd women and one claiming that she was Mormon and that Bishop Romney wanted her to deliver the baby. Did you catch the word sadistic in the title?
