As time goes by, these threads get less and less and less attention. Also good to see more and more regulars call out the birthers for what they really are; kissin cousins to the 9/11-like conspiracy nutters.

You already look foolish now, trust me. Funny how little difference there is between the birther movement and the “Al Gore Wuz Robbed in 2000!” crowd.

Perhaps because Rush is, y’know, smarter than you? :) He’s always been a smart guy, and not getting behind a conspiracy theory that has never had any legs, and will never grow any, just shows how smart he is.

“I believe a pro hac vice order is simply allowing an out of state lawyer to appear in the court in question.”

That is correct.

Joyce is the Arizona Attorney who is working with Phil.

No, we don't look foolish. The only fools are those who think the constitution is not worth protecting. If he has a birth certificate, a vault copy, let him produce it. Besides, I am pretty sure he isn't Natural born due to the fact he has only on citizen parent and a British subject for the other. The constitution pretty much covers this. The sad part is, idiots like you don't want to force the issue, because you are afraid of violence. You would rather be a coward and let things slide.

This issue will not die.

What I’d rather do is not waste time on crackpot, tinfoil nonsense. The insinuation that those who ridicule the Birther Movement do not care for the Constitution is a tired exercise in fallacious reasoning.

Wrong.

He's scared. He's scared of the Un-fairness doctrine. He's also scared (as are the other (R)'s) of being labeled a racist.

This issue that never had any legs, so you say, has spread to the Military and various State Representatives as you well know. This isn't going away. Unfortunately for our country, in this case, the wheels of justice grind way too slowly.

"What I’d rather do is not waste time on crackpot, tinfoil nonsense."

Then why are you posting here?

b.t.w. I'd rather be a birther than a uslurpler...as in slurping the kool-aid handed out by the usurper.

Another reason why the (R)'s are totally silent (of which Hush has supposedly become the 'leader' of), put forth very well by another....

"Please notice that same McCain birth certificate lists his parents’ residence also as “Colon,” and not “Coco Solo,” which has its own post office at the time (Closed in 1948).

Why is that important also? Because, that is the explanation why the Panama Health Department did NOT record his birth certificate. The Health Department did NOT record vital statistics on military “families” who were not living in base housing in 1936.

Also, the U.S. State Department has no consular record of his birth, although there are many other such records on births reported from the Canal Zone.

Further, Baja California has NO RECORD of his parents’ application or receipt of a marriage license for their wedding at Caeser’s in Tijuana.

The more you look, the less information that can be found. Plain and simple: McCain’s story that he was born on the Canal Zone at a military installation appears to be BOGUS.

I believe that this is the primary reason that the Republicans are TOTALLY silent on the issue of Obama’s eligibility — because McCain accepted taxpayer matching funds that apparently should be repaid in full.

And this is also the reason why the Republicans are TOTALLY silent on the Obama’s campaign fund-raising abuses."

So now McCain’s an illegal, too?

Y’all have seriously gone off your nut. Seek help.
