BREAKING NEWS! Abortionist Tiller To Stand Trial
February 25th, 2009
Wichita, KS - Moments ago District Court Judge Clark V. Owens released his decision denying the motions filed by late-term abortionist George R. Tiller, which asked the judge to suppress evidence against him and dismiss the 19 pending criminal charges involving illegal late-term abortions.
Judge Owens addressed all the concerns that Tiller's attorneys brought up over six days of testimony, especially those alleging outrageous governmental conduct involving former Attorney General Phill Kline.
Judge Owens ruled:
While Phill Kline testified that he would like for all abortions to be outlawed, his investigations made no attempts to prevent lawful abortions from being performed in the State of Kansas. His procedures have certainly been questioned by the Kansas Supreme Court, but his conduct in the investigation does not merit the sanction of the dismissal of the charges or suppression of evidence.
The motion to dismiss or suppress is therefore denied.
"This decision brings us one step closer to justice," said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. "We continue to pray that true justice will be served on behalf of the innocent, viable babies wrongfully killed by Tiller."

I’d love to have a front row seat when this vicious mass murderer meets Almighty God.
May it not be the last step.
We should pray for Mr. Tiller's repentance, conversion and salvation...
...but we shouldn't hold our breath.

This judge is my neighbor, he is a FANTASTIC guy!!!!!!
May Tiller burn in hell.
May GOD BLESS OUR BABIES and GOD’S Beautiful Creations of LIFE.
AMEN!!
I think tiller is already executing satan's plan each day at his abortuary.
And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
tiller needs to fear God and His judgment. tiller aught to fear wrathful eternal damnation at the hand of the Creator of the babies he murders for money.
It would have been better for tiller if he had never been born.
I wonder if BOR will talk about this on his show tonight.

Big problem but don't know how that will be handled as it was not part of the original 19 charges that disgraced phony AG Paul Morrison let stand on the books against Tiller.
This young lady came forward only after reading about everything in the news. She was able to give some of her testimony before the KS lawmakers but not the whole story.
KFL attendees were fortunate to hear it all.

Since the Judge ordered Tiller stand trial, one presumes the evidence will be allowed or the Judge would have agreed with Tiller's lawyers and dismissed the charges.
Tiller's lawyers argued that Kline was on a "witch hunt" and mishandled the evidence. The Judge tossed that argument.
Judge Owens is my uncle and I have to agree that he is a REALLY FANTASTIC guy. The most important thing is that he is fair. If there were reasons to dismiss, he would have.

Obama Says A Baby Is A Punishment
Obama: If they make a mistake, I dont want them punished with a baby.
Justice is possible, then. (Of course justice is always served, just that we don’t always get to see it.)
Justice would be a very specific Hell in which abortionists feel exactly what they put pre-born babies through, every moment, for the rest of time.
Sounds fair.
Tiller needs Jesus, most definitely, as do we all. And it is the duty of the Church—in the persons who are a part of her—to offer new life in Christ to Dr. Tiller.
At the same time however, Tiller “boasts” of having killed 60,000 babies. It is the duty of the State to establish justice—which for Tiller, as with any murderer—whether they repent and have faith in Jesus now or not—should be execution.
The Church offers mercy, and the State brings justice. Each institution was established by God and has their different jobs, without the both which we would be barbarians.
In our squeamish, wimpish country though, I’ll be happy if this mass murderer just sees jail. May God have mercy on his soul.
