Today, as ABC's perceptive Rick Klein notes, Romney's PAC -- Free and Strong America -- donated $1,000 each to 11 Republican congressmen targeted in a retaliatory ad campaign by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee for voting against President Obama's economic stimulus bill. Romney praised the Republicans as "standing up for fiscal responsibility and saying no to spending abuse."

The malice displayed by you and others whenever Mitt or the Mormon Church is mentioned on FR is obvious to all. And it is repulsive to normal, thoughtful people.
What do you mean when you demand that Romney, who has been pro-abortion for all his grown up years, all 40 of them...
Suddenly, decides to declare himself pro-life for political expediency.....
And you want to put him as the leader of the whole pro-life movement...
In front of people who have spent the last 40 years fighting against abortion...
IF Romney is in earnest...
And IF Romney really means what he claims..

Thus, lady lawyer is again exposed as a RomneyBOT liar from Utah.

She has done this on thread after thread, as she discredits herself, Utah, and her associates by her repeat lying.
Yeah. But the founder does not engage in the kind of vileness that shows up on every Romney thread. Political disagreement is one thing. The kind of stuff posted by the “usual suspects,” and the personal attacks on anyone who disagrees with them are quite another.
I remember distinctly the surprise and dismay expressed by the National Review editors and other prominent conservatives when this anti-Romney ugliness bubbled up from the depths.
To the extent the malice — not disagreement, but malice — shown against Romney defines conservatives, it give the Left an excuse to define us all as knuckle-dragging bigots.

Your argument echos the liberals who cried racist whenever anyone dared criticize Obama for his liberal policies.
I have no problem with Mitt’s religion. I love that he has one. If Mitt were not so good looking, I argue, we would not even be discussing this as he would have been long over.
If anything, his looks give him an advantage that other RINO republicans do not enjoy.

I have not liked some of Romney’s past positions. For that reason, I did not support him until shortly before he dropped out. But on FR, the truth about his positions hardly ever gets told. Instead, his positions are distorted and lied about. There are people on FR who seem to live just for the opportunity to slam him with vicious lies and distortions. That comes from somewhere other than simple political disagreement. And it is ugly and scary.
It’s not just his looks. He has lived an upright life. He was the only one of the Republicans who had actually lived a “conservative” life. That counts for something.

Only a Romney follower would describe actual video of the candidate and his debates and interviews as distortions and lies.
There is a reason that the conservative movement was never visited by Mitt Romney until he started preparing for the 2008 primary, he was against the conservative movement, that is what is in all of those videos and interviews.
I’m from Massachusetts. It’s hell here and Romney helped. Based on how he ran Massachusetts, I have to pass.
