I don’t know, but this thought just occured to me.
Arabs/Islam have Globalist aspirations.
Socialists have Globalist aspirations.
Perhaps some of the anti-Israel Leftist Jews have Globalist aspirations as well, and consider Israel inconsequential.
Personally I’m totally behind Israeli success as a Nation, as a home for Jews seeking solace in a sovereign Nation of their own.
Globalists, Leftists are not of singular ethnicity. Leftists are everywhere, and into everything.

The answer is that most American Jews care more for their leftist political idols than they do for Israel.
Don’t morons like Baird know that the military aid to Israel is matched by military aid to Egypt? Don’t they know that this aid is a TREATY OBLIGATION connected to Jimmy Carter’s peace deal between Israel and Egypt? Hell, Jimmah got a Nobel Peace Prize for brokering the deal!
