If you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, reader Mark Christopher Frimmel has come forward to put a Tea Party 09 event together. He put up an ad on Dallas Craigslist, has contacted local radio and TV, and wants you to be there. The protest will be held on the outside stage at The Cowtown Bar & Grill on Friday, Feb. 27, from 3pm to 7pm, located at 7108 Camp Bowie Blvd Fort Worth, TX. Music, food, and great fiscal conservative company guaranteed.
I was there and people were TEXANS raisin’ hell like only Texans can do. Can’t wait for another one, this time it should be downtown in front of the Government Building.
Way to go! Thanks so much for your efforts and the great pics!
Thanks. Were you in any of the pics I posted?
Not that I could see. We did not get there until a little after 5:00. It was a blast. Afterwards we went to eat at Angeloes BarB Que and a few bars after that...lol. Got a bit of a headache this morning...(grin)
“Cant wait for another one, this time it should be downtown in front of the Government Building.”
Or out at the Federal Bureau of Engraving and Printing where Obama will be ‘printing the money’ as fast as he can to bring socialism to America!

LOL...glad ya had a good time afterwards!
Some girl I talked to inside after it was over told me she had a dust up with black guy out there shouting Obama..Obama..or something. Some media apparently filmed it but she didn’t know which media. She said the reporter girl told her to her face they were going to spin it as racist. I somehow missed that whole scene. Did you see it?
That would be a great idea. Downtown location would get a lot of attention too.
We protested the recount in 2000 on the Courthouse steps downtown on a Saturday. Not a big turnout and not much attention paid to it. We need to be somewhere where we get lots of attention.
The flyover gave me chills. I love our Air Force. What class acts they are.
No, I left early to edit and post pics.
Let me know if you find a story behind it.
Downtown is probably better. Not even sure the Treasury place is on a busy corner(never been there...lol). I just like the symbolism of it.
We missed the flyover but heard about it and so glad NYTexan got pics! We love our military too.
Will do.
Found it here:

Watch the video. The coverage was not bad. The cops apparently took the guy off....lol
Thanks...If there were any racist slant, it wasn’t from our side!
Certainly not! The democrats and Obamatrons are just trying to intimidate people with the race card, so we will all be quiet while they turn this country into a socialist/communist hellhole.
You should send your pics to Michelle Malkin’s site. She is collecting them and yours are really good.
I do them for the local folks. But if anyone wants to use them they are welcome to do so.
Hey, NYTexan - I wish you had mentioned you’re a FReeper. I would have liked talking to you. The only one I met that I know is a FReeper was lone star anne, because she told me. I’m a little laid back when meeting people for the 1st time - just being careful, lol.
Hope you don’t mind my downloading that pic of me. Dang - I didn’t know I still looked that good, heheh.

“...the reporter girl told her to her face they were going to spin it as racist.”
I saw a very brief clip of it on channel 5 but not the other channels.
4,8,&11 had pretty good coverage with 4 (Fox) having the best.
It supposedly happened about 5:30 which is about the time I was leaving, so I didn’t see what happened.
The channel 5 newsclip did slant it as racist, (big suprise /s), but didn’t give much detail in the quick clip I saw (may have missed some of it due to surfing the channels).
Now that I know who you are, I'll be sure to properly introduce myself.
We have a fun time get-together planed in October...hope ya can be there!
I’ll try to make it to the Texas Cowboy Memorial Shoot.
Hope someone has a few items they would like to sell for a reasonable price, hint hint, LOL.
This is what everyone kept yelling in Ft Worth. We need something that is more powerful and meaningful!
