The new moguls made their millions under the age of 40, primarily by taking more ownership and control over their brands than their predecessors. Collectively, black athletes in the NFL, NBA, and in Major League Baseball earned nearly $4 billion last year and the nation's 20 highest-paid hip-hop entrepreneurs brought in more than $500 million. Now, with their newfound wealth come responsibilities to their family, friends, and community.
Based on Lee Hawkins' forthcoming book of the same title, NEWBOs: The Rise of America's New Black Overclass examines the growing responsibilities of black celebrities in the Obama age. The project features personal stories and interviews with some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. As for family, many of them have kids out of wedlock, some by many women.
In regards to community, many of them have performed community service after committing crimes.
Many of us know what their much vaunted friends are like.

Bingo. While a necessary generalization, the facts back it up - But you better watch out. Sharpton and the other Race Pimps will be looking for another ‘Racist’ outrage to give them the opportunity for more Media exposure.
...and ‘preachers’ who suck them dry and live in mansions with a ten million dollar line of credit from the ‘church’ and preach ‘whitey’s chickens are coming home to roost’ certainly don’t help...but then, just how many black ‘churches’ are nothing but a front for islam?
islam has always used the ‘natives’ as useful idiots and slaves, being known as African-American makes no difference to islam, the blacks are nothing but grist for the mill, canon-fodder in islam’s quest for domination and the annihilation of the kuffar.
