If so (and you are comfortable with this) increase the number of deductions on your W-4 form by at least 2.
The precedent that California and other States have created with the IOU program will probably transition to the IRS next year.
By increasing your W-4, you will keep more of your money each month, though you might owe the IRS a little (maybe up to $1000 if you are aggressive). Just take the extra and put it away for a few months until you have $1000 in your savings. Leave this money alone and you can pay the IRS next year.
We can bankrupt Obama if we all decrease the amount of Taxes they bring in each month.

I was beginning to doubt that in the last few months. I have to say, the sight of this man, in his correct dark suit and tie, raising his fist and invoking the Founding Fathers filled me with pride that America still has such men even in this time. It actually brought tears to my eyes.
