What a sad day for the US when even an ex-KGB boss has to warn the US against socialism.

Obama is moving us towards socialism but...

Putin should not speak so soon. Putin has brought a level of state ownership in Russia not seen since Soviet times, and much more than Western European countries.

Hah!
Crap. We've out commied' the commies...
It certainly is a sad day when we've sprinted past the old Soviet Union in our race to the left (as they inch towards the right)...

Russian Prime Minister Vladamir Putin has said the US should take a lesson from the pages of Russian history and not exercise “excessive intervention in economic activity and blind faith in the state’s omnipotence”.

Well I've heard it all now. A KGB thug lecturing us on capitalism. The world is truly upside down.

It must really be bad if a Russian has to warn us against Obama’s Marxism.

What the dumbass DemocRATS and their Obamacorns don’t understand is that you can’t have Socialism and the America we once had at the same time. Socialism is a parasite. It feeds off of capitalism. Unfortuantely, it eventually kills its host. That’s what is happening right now.

Uhhh..... there's a photo accompanying the article of Putin displaying a really exaggerated winking of one eye.

Can you say "April 1st is early this year"???

I'll listen to whatever Putin has to say, as long as he keeps his shirt on! ;)

We ARE living in interesting times. (Most do not know that that is actually a CURSE, and not a wish of Goodwill.)

"May you live in interesting times."
