Hussan did exactly what he preached moderate Muslims would not do. He beheaded his wife! That's violence. Where is America's media? Does a Muslim have to commit a beheading on the steps of NBC or something? What is the media afraid of? If the media cannot report a beheading in New York, what else have they deemed to be off limits? The media is supposed to report the news. A Muslim beheading his wife on an office floor is news. Not great news. But news.

I told my brother about this story either Friday night or Saturday morning.
I saw it for the first time on CNN today (Tuesday) only after Fox and others have reported it. If they didn’t, CNN wouldn’t have either.

Indeed. I just heard on the radio and man was holding a woman hostage reading her Bible scripture. Didn’t harm her otherwise but obviously wrong and found to be newsworthy to someone.

Current MSM spin goes something like this: She pissed him off by asking for a divorce, and he had to protect the honor of his family by the customary means. The man had a lot of stress from running a difficult business venture, and this pushed him over the limit. We have to understand the profound cultural differences involved here, etc...
The only outrage I saw in several stories so far is from a NOW spokesperson, who is also wondering why the media is downplaying this horror.
