Snarky’s signup date is 1/27/09.
Yes, I believe he is “for real”. I believe he is another dumbass liberal posing as a conservative to post on this site, but has the same lack of understanding of the founding principles that all libs have, plus the standard liberal arrogance to think he knows more than these “backward conservatives over here at Free Republic.”
Notice he had NO reply to even the most basic response to the founders’ assumption of the derived powers of the fed from the permission of the states.

Here is a good website to see what states have requested their sovereignty: Requested????
They didn't 'request' anything from the damn feds. It's a declaration.

Could slavery have ever ended without blood being spilled? I doubt it seriously. Beginning in 1832 in England and ending in 1888 in Brazil, slavery as a practice ended peacefully. That is with one exception.
The number one ranked president in this country's history started our bloodiest war, and later falsely claimed it was about slavery.

Bonnie Blue is a beautiful thing, to be sure, but it looks too much like a rear admiral's flag to fly on my boat. I'm ordering one of these

I noticed that.
One would think that liberals would grow up and stop acting like kids, I mean what on earth would make a grown person pretend to be someone else and then get a thrill out of it?

couldn’t care less what liberals think when they see it and if they don’t like it then go back up north .
as the t shirt says.
I am offended that you are offended
or the other says
If you are offended then you need a history lesson

correct
He used the slavery issue to stop Britain and France joining the south.
He knew that the two countries could never join on a side if the issue of slavery was made.
Freeing slaves just in states he had no control over was a smart political move and he needed it as many in the north were getting fed up of the war.
To think over a year earlier he even said he had no intention of doing anything with the slaves and he thought he had no legal right to do so anyway.
course over time the liberals and the NAACP have brainwashed many into thinking the war was all about slavery when it was not

The federal government cannot override the Constitution. The federal government exists only because the states allow to exist.

I noticed a problem with your tagline. I mean no offence, but there is no comma in “...One nation under God...” It is one statement.

Standing is a made up legal hurdle which the courts have invented which limits those who have a right to bring a suit.
