Sad that so many Republicans in Maine support her, election cycle after election cycle. Nothing but a socialist, who wraps herself in GOP clothing. A classic two-timer.

She has to go — does anyone ever challenge her for office? This would be a great opportunity.
To: Constitutional Patriot
Sounds as though she’s getting ready to jump ship.

She's right: the Democrat Party has changed. Enough, in fact that she can now stop pretending she's a Republican. Just change sides already, Olympia, and all the "beautiful people" who have destroyed Maine's quality of life will be sure to love you.

She should have jumped ship last week.

HELLO, Senator Snowe...Knock..knock, is anybody home inside that head of yours?
To: bogeybob
What else would you expect from a northeastern state smack dab in middle of the most liberal part of the country?
Snowe is a liberal from a liberal state in a liberal part of our country.
To: bogeybob
She clearly ignores her chosen party..... I am Texan and I expect her to possibly ignore all my sincere messages....
I find it hard to understand how she survives each election.....

I suggested to her that she do the honorable thing and do just that back during the Clinton impeachment.
To: bogeybob
No Senator, it's not the party that has changed, it's you flacks that think accomodating government usurpation of individual responsibility by the liberals that has changed.
In other words, for a few pieces of silver you chose not to stop the coming debacle in our society and enslave our childrens children. And the only way you, and the rest of the liberals, will understand how pissed off we really are is when we show up at your offices with pitchforks, torches, tar and feathers.

I don’t believe a conservative could win her seat. We’d have a democrat in that seat.
The plus side of that would be that the ‘rats wouldn’t be able to claim her as “republican support” for their commie agenda.
The down side would be if the GOP would get near a majority in the senate again, her presence as a R(ino) would be part of that majority and determine senate majority leader, committee chairs, etc.

Sounds as though shes getting ready to jump ship. Why should she? She is in a position of power right where she is. She, Collins and Specter will be the swing votes on the most divisive bills, which we will see a lot of with this Congress.
To: bogeybob
If she thinks “her” party left her, perhaps her party should leave her.
I mean, seriously, if it smells like a liberal, and talks like a liberal, and most importantly, votes like a liberal, it’s a liberal.
Can we trade her for Zell Miller?

Yes dear, for a period some in the party believed accepting the “luke warm mush” approach to politics was “helpful”.
Now it is clear to all that it is a failure
PLEASE LEAVE!
