I don’t believe a conservative could win her seat. We’d have a democrat in that seat.
The plus side of that would be that the ‘rats wouldn’t be able to claim her as “republican support” for their commie agenda.
The down side would be if the GOP would get near a majority in the senate again, her presence as a R(ino) would be part of that majority and determine senate majority leader, committee chairs, etc.
At least you wouldn’t have a spy in the party reporting all the caucus business back to the Democrats.
