"The Kenyan" is perpertrating a coup of the United States right under our Conservative noses, and he just got the "financing" he needs to pull it off with the "stimulus bill". We didn't know that what we are "stimulating" Is our own demise.

I think the whole D.C. machine is so corrupt at this point, even if we found he was not a natural born citizen, no one would act on it, and would probably ammend the Constitution to accomodate him.

So we've gone the way of Europe, into socialism, heading for the ways of communism. We are giving "the kenyan" absolute power to the tune of about a trillion dollars. A lot of evil can be done with that kind of money.

Washington is becoming the new "gangland USA", replacing Chicago as the most corrupt city in America.

"The kenyan" has assembled the most dysfunctional cabinet of any president in history, all with one purpose in mind - to back their leader into totalitarianism over what was once the greatest freedom based society in history.

But, I guess we'll all just sit on our Laz-e-boy's and watch "American Idol" until he takes over the entire communication system and collapses the electrical grid by outlawing all fuel other than the wind.

In one fell swoop he has taken over our future, our children's future and our grandchildren's future; he has taken over the greatest healthcare system known to man, and will no doubt soon have us rounded up to live in communes to have better control of us...after he takes up all the guns, of course.

But, he's the messiah! He's the one liberal groupies want to have slow and meaningful sex with...including Chris Matthews.

So what are you when you control the economy, the healthcare, the fuel, communications and guns...WHY YOU'RE A FREAKIN' DICTATOR...that's what.

America, welcome to the live version of all of the "life under communism" deterrant films they used to show in the 50's an 60's. We're living in an alternate universe with another version of "Red Dawn" playing out in our own front yards. The only difference is no parachutes, just ACORN to get them here.

This regime is only going to get stronger by the day, when the "handouts" begin, they will be going only to those who will help him remain in power INDEFINITELY.

I just hope that enough of us wake up in time to save what is left of this great country, because, WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO NOT BE FREE!

They are not entitled to claim attorneys fees now because The defendant's lawyers had not requested affirmative relief in their answers -- which were all Motions to Dismiss. They did not specifically claim them in any of the previous cases brought by Keyes, or any other plaintiff against the Obama on basically the same, exact complaint. See Stockman v. Downs & Downs
