They are not entitled to claim attorneys fees now because The defendant's lawyers had not requested affirmative relief in their answers -- which were all Motions to Dismiss. They did not specifically claim them in any of the previous cases brought by Keyes, or any other plaintiff against the Obama on basically the same, exact complaint. See Stockman v. Downs & Downs
