I wonder if that $6,500 is calculated for just working families or all families? There is a difference which would make the burden on the ones that actually work much higher.
Thanks to Hussein Obama, Botox Pelosi, Dingy Harry, Bawney Fag and the other criminals. But lets not forget the three traitors: Spector, Snowe and Collins. Their help was invaluable to the socialists who are destroying American capitalism. Make sure you let the Republican party (chairman@gop.com) that you wont be giving any money to the party if even one dollar goes to these three traitors.
Frankly, I dont care about the Republican Party anymore. I am ready for Civil War II to throw all of these crooks out of office and start fresh with a government that the Founding Fathers would have approved of.
The point: this is not a stimulus bill. The JCPenney CEO today said retail needed a real stimulus package, not this one, as retail is losing 100K jobs per month. He said there is nothing in the bill to help his company or his sector. The bill is an appropriation bill, a social policy bill that could not pass if brought up in pieces or at a time where no emergency existed. As it is we are getting our medical and health lives forever changed in the name of an economic crisis.

We Want a Divorce.
Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives, socialists, Marxists, Obama supporters, et al:
We have stuck together since the late 1950s, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has run its course. Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right, so let’s just end it on friendly terms. We can smile, chalk it up to irreconcilable differences, and go our own ways.
Here is a model dissolution agreement. Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by land mass each taking a portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes. We don’t like re-distributive taxes so you can keep them. You are alsowelcome to keep the liberal judges and the ACLU.
Since you hate guns and war, we’ll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA, and the military. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore, and Rosie O’Donnell (you are however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move them). We’ll keep the capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart, and Wall Street. You can have your beloved homeless, homeboys, hippies, and illegal aliens. We’ll keep the hot Alaskan Hockey Moms, greedy CEOs, and Rednecks.
We’ll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood .
You can make nice with Iran, Palestine, and France, and we’ll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war protesters. When our allies or way of life are under assault, we’ll protect them militarily.
We’ll keep our Judeo-Christian Values. You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, and Shirley McClain. You can have the U.N. but we will no longer be paying the bill. We’ll keep the SUVs, pickup trucks, and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Volvo, Subaru and Yugo you can find. You can give everyone healthcare, that is if you can find any practicing doctors (that is“practicing”, Howard Dean) who will follow to your turf. We’ll continue to believe health care is a luxury and not a right.
We’ll keep The Battle Hymn of the Republic and The National Anthem. I’m sure you’ll be happy to substitute Imagine, I’d Like to Teach The World To Sing, Kum Ba Ya, or We Are the World.
We’ll practice trickle down economics, and you can give trickle up poverty its best shot. Since it often so offends you. we’ll also keep our History, our Name, and our Flag.

Every self respecting American should do every thing within their power to ensure these three get thrown into the dust bin of history.
As I recal, there is a date in Mid May called something like “Tax Free” Day, where all the $$ you’ve earned up to that date is considered taxes, and the rest of the year are your earnings. I wonder, with this bast*** of a bill, what the new date would be?
How much tax relief are non-paying taxpayers gonna get? (don’t critique my sentence construction here)
My bet is on December 31 at 11:47 pm local time.
5. UNNECESSARY SPENDING THAT WON'T CREATE JOBS. Apparently included in the final "jobs" bill is money for plug-in vehicles, money for STD prevention, and money for ACORN (via the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and CDBG program. The final agreement also creates new programs and funds existing programs that can be used to fund earmarks and pork-barrel projects.
Outrageous! Make those calls, and send those faxes and e-mails, FReepers!

It's my understanding that the payroll tax credit of $400 for individuals and $800 for couples is fully refundable. And, the education credits may be partially refundable.
