I appreciate the sentiment. How much of the Republican agenda was blocked by petty Demoncrap maneuvers?

However, THIS IS NOT THE TIME!

If there is any way in which this can be stopped, it must be STOPPED.

Let's flood his offices! Not only his DC office, but ALL of them!!

They should “just vote and move on” to what? More bills to further destroy America? What’s the hurry? It’s not like they have any control over what comes their way. Why not fight to the death (figurativley) the one in front of them?

I’ve just about had it with republicans. They had control of the house, senate and presidency for 6 years, and what did they accomplish? Basically nothing. It’s been the most squandered opportunity in history. Now Zero is going full steam ahead. Gotta hand it to democrats, they know how to get things done. Too bad they’re all the wrong things.

McConnell said there was a widespread feeling in the minority party that they "ought to vote and move on."

Sometimes it sucks being the minority party.

But, by squandering their leadership, the GOP worked nearly a decade at becoming it --- again.

They do seem to relish being the minority more than being the majority.

>a widespread feeling in the minority party that they “ought to vote and move on.”

To the next trillion dollar disaster at which the GOP will lose entirely.

"vote and move on"

We can't move on dipsh*t! We're stuck with the bill! The mountains of debt, the higher taxes, the prolonged recession, etc. Stand and fight for something! This isn't just another bill, this is a free-market killer, a socialist Pandora's Box! Fight!!!!

What does take to fillibuster the welfare bill? 41 Senators

How many Republicans are voting for bill? 3 Senators

How many total votes the democrats need to stop a filibuster? 60 votes

How many votes do the democrats have? 61 votes.

It is a lost battle because we do not have the votes to fillibuster. It is that simple.

Vote and move on.

Mitch McConnell, can you spell capitulation?

Mitch McConnell, can you and the GOP wave goodby to conservatives?

Weenies.

Never, never give in...in anything great or small. There is no tomorrow. The slow decline of the country has begun and we’re witness to it. Revolution is the only solution.

I suspect a lot of folks are going to be upset when they realize the big tax cut is going to amount to 13 whole dollars a week for about 6 months. Those waiting for jobs from the infrastructure are going to be even worse off while all of the red tape winds around and around with all of the green roadblocks.

It helps to remember that the Clinton-Bush coziness goes back to the days of Iran-Contra, when Papa Bush was supervising covert arms shipments to Latin America out of Arkansas (with drugs making the return trip) and Governor Clinton was busy looking the other way. Further, as was clear during abortive Republican investigations into various Clinton scandals, in the culture of impunity of Washington, politics stops at corruption's edge. Almost all major corruption is either bipartisan or common enough that one side can effectively blackmail the other.

What we got here is globalists... they're applying fascism in their marxist ends (like anybody born after 1940 would know the difference).

Here's the trigger. I'd say "wake up!" but it's a globalist mandate. Move aside. We don't need no steenkin living constitution. Hell, we'll make it up as we go! Let's party like it's 1939.

I’m calling and calling; of course I’m sure Mitch has my number blocked by now. :0)

What exactly could they do? Vote against it and move on.

It sucks, what frankly, what other move could they take?

If I understood correctly, Cong. Shadegg just told Megan that 1.1 billion will go for the “study” of future health care changes. So no matter how the Dems spin it, health care is still in Porkulus. Shadegg is promising Megan that he will watch this closely.

They are all in the septic tank together. The country needs to flush the septic tank, but the voters are too dumb to know any better.
