WOO HOO!!
Have to remember to DVR it just in case.
This choice is perfect for a rebuttal by the GOP!
Perfect choice! At least we’ll have something to look forward to.
You obviously know nothing about Jindal’s background and accomplishments..THis is a BRILLIANT choice
"Piyush" is, of course, Bobby's given name and "smh" means "shaking my head".
I wonder if Michael Phelps will be a guest at Obama’s first joint session of Congress?
I agree to some extent, however Bobby Jindal is the anti-Obama and he’s young, articulate and uber-conservative. And, he’s not on the MSM radar.
One of the major complaints about the GOP is that it’s run by the same old people who give us the same old song and dance. And while I hate bringing race into this because it makes me feel grimy, he’s not white. For too long, we have been labeled as racists and enemies of the lower classes. He will conteract that perception. While we shouldn’t worry about such things and focus on issues and policies, the election of Obama solidified that it IS an issue.
I think Jindal will do well as a representative of our party.
Now this will be something to watch and listen to!

kudos to whomever made this choice.
Dear Governor Jindal:
Kindly stick it to Comrade Obama. Stick it to him hard.
Most excellent! We need to cultivate all those younger Republican leaders so that more folks in America can see the GOP is more than just John McCain.
Do a little research on Bobby Jindal, and you'll understand.
Who?
Excellent! Jindal is one of the good guys.
