Keyes screamed from the roof tops Hillary Clinton was a ‘carpet bagger’ for running for Senator of New York.
If I’m not mistaken, Alan Keyes then moved to Illinois, and did the same thing.
I am correct about this, aren’t I?

You are correct, though it doesn’t justify the ugly treatment he received. But, it’s naive to assume that leftist will be civil.
To: Badeye
No.
Clinton went to NY because of her insatiable ambition, knowing she would have the political/media establishment in her corner.
Keyes went to IL because no one else was willing to stand in the way of a wicked man’s ascension to power, all the while knowing that he would have the political and media establishments directing their power against him.

No, you're not. Why not read the article.
In all of this there was a hard edged disdain for decent civility that reminded me of the murderous invective Lenin launched against those who opposed the communist agenda. But it all took place behind a media fabricated façade of false hope and moderateness, like the propaganda screen behind which the totalitarians of the twentieth century hid their perpetration of atrocity
well worth the read.

You are correct, and he was roundly and correctly criticized for it...including right here.

Nice observation, but the difference is Rotten is a marxist carpet-bagger while Alan is supporter of the US Constitution. Pray you see the difference.

Only after being asked by the Illinois republican party to run because of Ryan dropping out and Mike Ditka turned down their offer of running.

May be so, I don’t know, but he is speaking of a time coming for this country which has never been seen here. It’s been seen elsewhere, and it was never pretty.

I’d respond to your crass comments re Keyes but others have already done so. Find the videos of Keyes vs Obama debate and you will see 1 man against the many OBots time and again. Would you be as brave? The other R cowards did nothing to support Keyes in the lion’s den.
