Isn’t this an old story, and how do you prove a person lived in one place versus another?

Is it an issue unless she voted in more than one state for the same election?

I thought we already went through this fiasco with Ann’s voting. After the “voter” fiasco in November, anyone who is investigating Coulter needs their goatsmellin’ ass kicked. THEY are a joke.

This is a bunch of crap. The outspoken conservatives are going to be in for a rough ride under this gestapo administration.

You vote where you are registered to. This isn’t the type of egregious voter fraud ACORN endorses. She’s a legal citizen and she voted once, so cased closed.

I hope she makes this into a FEDERAL case to make States clear the voter rolls....my husband and I could have voted in TWO states this past Presidential election....no one would have known....but, we’re conservatives...we don’t cheat.

To charge her with vote fraud, they would have to demonstrate that she voted in more than one place. If you have more than one residence (for example, a college student who lives at home part time and lives on campus the rest) you can pick one as being your voting residence.

Records that have been dug up by private investigator Josephy Culligan showed that Coulter was entangled in a lawsuit over rent in 2003 while she was supposedly living with her parents in New Canaan, Connecticut. Property records, however, also show her owning an apartment in Manhattan while she voted in Connecticut. If she didn't register to vote in both places, I don't see any problem. People often have multiple residences.

The fascists are emboldened. Nothing will happen, ,unless she voted more than once. All his will do is get a couple of town or city bureaucrats fired, likely Republicans.

Yes, the courts will hold proceedings to decide whether a citizen with two addresses voted from the appropriate address, but they refuse to decide whether a candidate is actually a citizen with the proper credentials.
