Ann Coulter is Under Investigation for Vote Fraud
Cleveland Leader ^ | 2/8/09

Posted on 02/08/2009 12:26:42 PM PST by LibWhacker

One of the country's most outspoken conservative commentators, Ann Coulter, may have committed vote fraud. Records and lawsuits show that Coulter voted in Connecticut while living in New York.

Records that have been dug up by private investigator Josephy Culligan showed that Coulter was entangled in a lawsuit over rent in 2003 while she was supposedly living with her parents in New Canaan, Connecticut. Property records, however, also show her owning an apartment in Manhattan while she voted in Connecticut.

Last month officials acknowledged that such behavior would be wrong, but that they could not do anything unless someone filed a complaint. They only had to ask. Long time Coulter obsessive Daniel Borchers quickly filed one to get the ball rolling.

Officials are now investigating. It will be interesting to see how this turns out.

If she didn't register to vote in both places, I don't see any problem. People often have multiple residences.

We had it happen intra-state. New York City folk that voted there, and out in my county, where their summer homes were.

The fascists are emboldened. Nothing will happen, ,unless she voted more than once. All his will do is get a couple of town or city bureaucrats fired, likely Republicans.

You vote where you are registered to.

What about all the college kids who register to vote on campus, when their home of residence is their folks house?

Yes, the courts will hold proceedings to decide whether a citizen with two addresses voted from the appropriate address, but they refuse to decide whether a candidate is actually a citizen with the proper credentials.

“Records that have been dug up by private investigator Josephy Culligan...”

Shouldn’t be too hard to find out who his client is. I would bet some liberal fanatic.

Ann was investigated about some voting issues in Fla, but those charges were trumped up and dropped as well.

Yes, it won’t be long before Obamachev sics the IRS on his enemies. Hopewe can catch him in the act.

I think that I heard Ann say that she had moved, but hadn’t changed her voter registration at the time of the election in question, so she voted from her old address. In some states, this is perfectly legal. I was told by our registrars office that I could go ahead and vote a ballot that was sent to me from my previous address if I wanted to. I mean, they sent the ballot to the right address, to vote in the town that I had moved from.

Like I said, you vote where you are registered to vote. The point is that you vote once.

“And this “private investigator” works for whom?”

Great point - it would be a good idea to do some in-depth orifice checks on him as well.

The point is that you vote once.

Unless you are dead, living in Chicago, a Dimorat, or all 3....

This is just harrassment and an opportunity for a smear job, an opportunity for the press to raise the issue once again that Ann is involved in “vote fraud.”

Hell, there are Democrat congresscritters who don’t live in the states they represent, let alone Democrat voters who are illegals or vote in two or three different states. As long as she was registered there and didn’t vote twice, it’s really a non-issue.

A Stalinist regime can have no detractors, no criticism.

Mao was big on dissent, too.
