They are voting now to exclude or include ACORN from funding in the Porculus bill, durbin said to defeat it - meaning to give ACORN finding from Porculus; Vetter said vote FOR the Amendment which would be voting to EXCLUDE ACORN.

If it was $ then it would be in the porkulous bill and it would be for friends and supporters who will support them in the next election. Politicans can often be bought with a few trinkets like the Foghorn Leghorn Public Library or the Foghorn Leghorn School of Public Policy. They love that kind of thing.
