My guess is that this is because this is the one case in which he wasn't granted the 120 day delay for review he wanted. My guess is these charges are being dropped to get around that and my assumption is charges will be refiled after the 120 day review. Otherwise, just dropping charges without refiling would be insane and I doubt BHO is insane.
If this happens, watch for the perpetrator to get a heroes welcome in the Middle East and a great victory to be declared by the jihadists. The perp will then go about planning another attack against the US.

Obama is a fasist dictator. His conduct when campaigning for Odinga in Kenya in 06 and 07 is proof of that. He used neo colonial approaches, Chigao Black Power Politics to divide the Kenyan tribes,, which resulted in a month and a half of genocide, whichh went unreported by the US MSM.
Now folks are beginning to truly see the " Thing" that they have elected.
