A RESOLUTION affirming States’ rights based on Jeffersonian principles.

Whereas the Constitution of the State of New Hampshire, Part 1, Article 7 declares that the people of this State have the sole and exclusive right of governing themselves as a free, sovereign, and independent State; and do, and forever hereafter shall, exercise and enjoy every power, jurisdiction, and right, pertaining thereto, which is not, or may not hereafter be, by them expressly delegated to the United States of America in congress assembled; and

Whereas the Constitution of the State of New Hampshire, Part 2, Article 1 declares that the people inhabiting the territory formerly called the province of New Hampshire, do hereby solemnly and mutually agree with each other, to form themselves into a free, sovereign and independent body-politic, or State, by the name of The State of New Hampshire; and

Keep dreaming Yank. You want a nuclear armed civil war?

As if you hillbillies are smart enough to use nucular bombs.

Conflating Yankee's with liberal is a mistake.

You know, I used to think like you. I have a brother in NH. He is conservative. I told him it is clear, you need to leave there. He won't. Even though he is not a socialist Yankee, his tax dollars lend DEFACTO support to local socialist policies/regime. To me, there is no political solution, that time has passed. He is in enemy territory. In support of your position, there are a few RINO politicians left in Yankee land. If you don't leave that socialist hell hole, and you are a conservative, what am I to take from that? Are you really waiting for a new Reagen revolution up there? Come on get real. Come south, concentrate political power, while we still can.

You're a very deep thinker, I see.

Ever heard of Pantex nuclear storage facility? You do realized that Oak Ridge Labs are in the South as well correct?

So what? We'd distract the guards at both facilities by peeing on a Lynrd Skynrd album. Then four or five Maine lobstermen could take both places and keep the Johnny Rebs at bay for years by confusing them with multi-syllabic words.

Why don't you, and the Civilian Peace Corp, rally around your "Nuvo Lincoln" President and come down here and get some. No nukes necessary.

No thanks, Johnny Reb. We like indoor plumbing.

Noo... it’s a step in the direction of taking the northeast back from the socialists. When we go this time, we’re going to have support in all corners of the nation.

A constitution that is not respected or adhered to is no constitution at all. Actually, my prediction is not a secession movement per se, but I see the Union falling apart of its own accord because the current situation is untenable. We’re going to see the answer to the immortal question of, how big can a government get before it collapses under its own weight?

There is a fundamental difference between a civil war and a revolutionary war. There is a marked difference between succession and revolution as well.

Pardon my density, but please explain what the difference is. I do not see it.

We kicked your ass once. We'd do it again.

Times have changed. If your soldiers came down here, they would likely be unable to get a manicure or peticure for weeks or months. They would march 20 about miles without coming across a sushi bar and surrender.

Secession would be a state or states leaving the union due to breach of contract, ie. the federal government effectively ignoring the Constitution.

Revolution is, well, self-explanatory.
