The abrupt departure of the State Departments global AIDS coordinator has led to debate over who should run what may be President Bushs greatest legacy: his commitment of billions of dollars to fighting AIDS overseas... Well,it is a big legacy, and the guy they are getting rid of has done a teriffic job. This political decision will probably cost huge delays in the delivery of services, and even more if he chooses a political hack. Bush was actually the only President who ever followed through on his committment of this kind of aid. Clinton talked about it but never did it. Bush was very generous with Africa and received virtually no credit for it.

...and he stretched out his hand and they were healed.....
Not really, but the Obamaniacs where I work would believe it.
