"The evidence shows that she is more likely to experience feelings of relief and happiness, and when child-birth and child-rearing or adoption may pose concomitant (if not greater) risks or adverse psychological effects," he surmised. What a deranged mindset.

Not to mention the breast cancer link. Where is the Susan G. Komen foundation on that?

I think Mr. Ogden is projecting his own feelings onto others. “Whew, no child support! And maybe I’ll never see ‘her’ again, either.”

"In sum, it is grossly misleading to tell a woman that abortion imposes possible detrimental psychological effects when the risks are negligible in most cases," Ogden claimed...... "The evidence shows that she is more likely to experience feelings of relief and happiness, I agree with this. The claim that it is a hard choice most woman agonize over is BS imo. The lack of respect for like comes without a conscience.

I’d LOVE to watch him tell my wife that childbirth is worse than abortion. We have nine kids (7 natural and 2 adopted) and the absolute worst for her were the two miscarriages.
This woman, all 5’2” of her, would beat him like a rented mule - and she NEVER has gotten angry in 44 years of marriage.
Okay once, when somebody told her she had too many children. Paint peeled off the walls, the person’s skin turned purple and nothing grew on that spot for ten years.

Well, no doubt actually taking responsibility for a child and all the dangers and stress that raising him pose makes being a parent a more difficult long term task than deciding to off the unborn kid and flush him away. But, what are the benefits....hmmmm, oh yeah, that's how the human races continues. And a live baby grown up to be a responsible adult as opposed to be a targeted fetus will help society instead of merely lining the pockets of an abortionist and resulting in precious feelings of relief for a woman who doesn't want any pleasures beyond her big O.

I have a friend now 52 years old, who has lived her entire adult life with the guilt of having an abortion when she was 16. You can never escape that guilt within yourself, nor the psychological pressure/strain that goes along with it.

Very Hitleresque(is that a word)? lol Kill ‘em off before they're born, why wait until after. zer0 and his pals aren't pro choice, they are into population control and are pro murder. No other way to look at it. I PRAY that one of his kids is punished with a baby and decides to keep it. Teach that m’f a lesson. Is there ANY good news from this POS and his POS administration? He's disgusting.

From an email I got today.
"President Obama has nominated David Ogden to a high-level position in his sub-cabinet -- not a position in agriculture or defense but the number two position at the Department of Justice, the Department charged with prosecuting adult and child pornography violations. The porn industry is so excited by the prospect of having one of their allies in this key position that they have not been able to contain themselves. XBiz, a leading 'adult' newswire, called Ogden a 'strong pick,' and porn attorney Colin Hardacre of Los Angeles said Ogden's nomination is 'a good sign for the adult industry.' ..."

Re: A Man Who Thinks Child Porn is Free Speech Is Not Fit for Justice

Personal note:
Read this carefully and join with me in calling your U.S. Senator. We must do our best to stop this nomination now. If we do nothing, we will have no one else to blame other than ourselves for not doing our part when we could have.
The implications of this pornography attorney being placed as the second in command at the U.S. Justice Department are more than I can possibly imagine, but what I can imagine is enough to make me fear for children and their innocence and for their protection and the further "pornification of America"!
Remember, the vote on David Ogden is this Thursday in the Judiciary Committee. Call your U.S. Senator, 202-224-3121.
