PRESIDENT OBAMA TAKES ON RUSH LIMBAUGH IN NEW MEDIA WAR
WASHINGTON -- President Obama warned Republicans on Capitol Hill today that they need to quit listening to radio king Rush Limbaugh if they want to get along with Democrats and the new administration.
"You can't just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done," he told top GOP leaders, whom he had invited to the White House to discuss his nearly $1 trillion stimulus package.
One White House official confirmed the comment but said he was simply trying to make a larger point about bipartisan efforts.
"There are big things that unify Republicans and Democrats," the official said. "We shouldn't let partisan politics derail what are very important things that need to get done."
That wasn't Obama's only jab at Republicans today.

Ridiculous. 0bama has never been Rush's equal. The best he could hope for would be to lower Rush to his level.
Maybe we need to stock up on short wave radios as well as guns, since Rush will be broadcasting form Costa Rica pretty soon...

He won't do that for good reason. If there is a conservative and a great leader out there, he/she wouldn't need Rush to carry their water for them.
Reagan wouldn't and didn't need Rush. He just came on the show as Ron in California to thank him after his retirement.
If you want to be the most powerful person in the world, it's YOUR job to convince people why.
But I understand your frustration. It's mine too. The NY Slimes has no problem pimping their candidate. But like Rush said about McModerate....if you rely on the media to make you....they can also break you. That's what Barack Fitzgerald Obama will find out when he dares think that he is his own man and goes against leftist principles.

Didn’t take long did it. But remember that during the campaign he pulled out the race card before the first primary. If you dared say anything against him you were a racist. Personally I dont care what color his skin is. It’s too thin to matter anyway.

Great minds think alike....this was my FIRST thought when I read those comments....also, what is with bambi and his WEIRD grudge/obsession with Hannity and Rush?? He mentions both quite often..
OK, so in 3 days, ZeroBama has ended the War on Terror and has admitted that he most fears Rush Limbaugh... The War on Terror has become the War on Free Speech.
