PRESIDENT OBAMA TAKES ON RUSH LIMBAUGH IN NEW MEDIA WAR
WASHINGTON -- President Obama warned Republicans on Capitol Hill today that they need to quit listening to radio king Rush Limbaugh if they want to get along with Democrats and the new administration.
"You can't just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done," he told top GOP leaders, whom he had invited to the White House to discuss his nearly $1 trillion stimulus package.
One White House official confirmed the comment but said he was simply trying to make a larger point about bipartisan efforts.
"There are big things that unify Republicans and Democrats," the official said. "We shouldn't let partisan politics derail what are very important things that need to get done."
That wasn't Obama's only jab at Republicans today.

a heck of a job. I think Barry thinks so too. This deal
started the other day when Rush made the observation that
the Golden Child didn’t have a clue. Not in the least. If you call them on their policies and demand that they explain themselves they go absolutly bonkers. If you sit back and let them dictate the agenda they will have the contry destroyed before we can vote them out of office.

Recently, 2 different reporters on Fox, made comments to the effect that Obama was “very confident”....their tone sounded to me like they meant he was “over confident for someone of such limited experience” or that he was “arrogant”.....imho, both apply.
He’s moving full steam ahead with his agenda and quite rapidly. People better wake up fast because we are in trouble!

But, a dispassionate observer understands that he is a shrewd, ruthless, daring and formidable foe who must be dealt with from a position of strength.
As long as 0bama is leading the USA, we will be in a position of weakness.
In face to face negotiations, Putin will clean 0bama’s clock 100 times out of 100.

Wow, this “in your face” rhetoric from Obama is bound to go over very badly with most Americans.
The administration isn’t taking very long to reveal it’s true colors.

In other words, do what I want and no one gets hurt.
This would be an ideal time for any remaining R with a spine to step up to a position of actual conservative leadership.
But I won't hold my breath.
As simple phrase like "I hope he fails" and the golden child goes all apeshiite on us. Got to love it.

You are absolutely right. I mean when Rush went to war with Clinton, Daschle, Reid and countless others he lost those fights. LOL
Take a step back, watch and learn. We’ve been through this before. Infact, just a couple days ago Rush said the one thing Obama would never do is acknowledge him because it would legitmize him as someone the media had to respond to and increase his profile and audience. Then Rush promptly went out, did the Hannity interview and taunted Obama to respond. He just did. Rush is playing Obama, not the other way.
