Robert Gibbs is going down by the bow at the second Obama Administration presser.
When asked about the missile strike in Pakistan by one reporter, Gibbs stunned ther reporters by stating, "This Administration is not going to comment on ongoing military actions." After a short silence, the reporter asked, "You mean we won't get any comments on our military actions under Obama?" to which Gibbs repeated, "Not at this time. Next question."
To the question about bi-partisan support for the next bail-out package, Gibbs replied that "whether it passes with any Republican support or not, all people will remember is that we did the right thing."
Question: why is this admin not using the term War on terror? and what about the CBO saying that any bail-out won't be spent until after 2011?" Gibbs: "The President prefers to use the word 'challenges' instead. As to the CBO statement, they misspoke and it doesn't give Obama credit for his promise to act within 140-180 days."

“...we did the right thing.”
You heard it here folks. THEIR fingerprints will be ALL OVER the thing.... That’s how I take it!!
Amateur Hour on the Potomac.
So they’ll be referring to the War on Challenges?
Or the Challenges on Terror?
Oh man, this guy is weak.
Wow...a real live pisser of a presser.
"How will the bailout package help homeowners?" Gibbs: "We will ensure that homeowners in foreclosure get the help they need." (I guess the rest of us can go pound sand)

Another awful presser.
I started watching it but had to turn it off. He has the presence of a wet dishrag.
Where is Marlin Fitzwater when you need him?
So, is there a PC phrase for reality challenged?
Hey all you guys in Iraq and Afghanistan: Be careful out there fighting those "challengers"!
“Challenges”, eh?
Big time loser we’re in for a world of hurt.
I figured at some point that a young journalist looking to cut their teeth would become frustrated, but I didn’t think it would happen this soon.
Yeah I caught that too...not much of a fight in follow up’s since that question. They killed Bush on this very thing.
Heh! They've got their own real live Scott McClellan.
So much for an Open, Honest and Transparent Administration.
I wonder how soon Gibbs will be “resigning” for “personal reasons” or “to spend more time with his family?”
3 days down, 1458 to go....
their own real live Scott McClellan.
Cloning works.
