Pat Buchanan has seen many a president move through the Oval Office, but never one dressed the way Pres. Obama was yesterday. On todays Morning Joe, Buchanan reacted to a photo on the front page of the Wall Street Journal.
MIKA BRZEZINSKI: Pat, you took note of the front page of the Wall Street Journal. Something doesnt seem right to you.
JOE SCARBOROUGH: Pat, youre a little concerned.
BRZEZINSKI: Hes very concerned. Pat, Im going to hold it up.
PAT BUCHANAN: Im surprised.
BRZEZINSKI: Youre surprised?
BUCHANAN: Yeah. In the Oval Office, the President of the United States. I have never seen a president in shirtsleeves in the Oval Office.

At least it’s better than Clinton’s fat white legs and sweaty running gear when he was trying to convince us he was a jock instead of a joke.

BUCHANAN: Yeah. In the Oval Office, the President of the United States. I have never seen a president in shirtsleeves in the Oval Office. But during the Clinton administration it was pants down at times. I'll take shirt sleeves any day over that.

He’ll do everything he can to disrespect the office, the flag, the country, the former POTUS, white people, Israel,
so we might as well brace ourselves for something new and bad EVERY DAY for the next four years.

It’s informal, but it beats what Clinton did or did not wear in the oval office. Next thing we know though, Bamster will be wearing a native Kenyan outfit.

Ronald Reagan refused to remove his suit jacket when in the Oval Office.
According to Mike Deavers book A Different Drummer: My Thirty Years with Ronald Reagan, [pg 91] he understood fully the gravity of the position he was in and the trust that the American people had bestowed upon him.
He knew he was not just a steward of the presidency, but also of the physical office itself.
Little things showed how much he respected the institution.
Thus, when Deaver himself tried to convince Reagan to remove his jacket in the Oval Office on a hot summer day, he replied Oh no
I could never take my coat off in this office.

Buchanan forgot about Clinton. Clinton not only dropped his trousers in the Oval office, there were many pictures of him in there in running shorts and tee shirt.
