Caroline Kennedy has told Gov. Paterson that she is withdrawing her name from consideration to replace Hillary Clinton in the U.S. Senate, The Post has learned.

After seeing Fran Dressler on tonights Hannity & Powers (yes thats Kirsten Powers) I would say that if it has to be a dem then let Fran Dressler be the NY senator. She had nice things to say about Laura Bush and what they’ve done for women in Afghanistan.
