Vice President Biden took a stab at Chief Justice John Roberts on Wednesday, one day after the chief justice flubbed the oath of office that President Obama was to recite at his inauguration.Biden was to swear in senior executive staff at a White House ceremony after having already given the oath to newly confirmed Cabinet secretaries. When Obama reminded him that he had only done the one group and hadn't done the second yet, Biden quipped, "My memory is not as good as Chief Justice Roberts."

True on the surface there is a similarity in that comedic things come/came out of both their mouths.
But unlike the gaffemaster, Joe E Brown was a great talent.
Thanks. If his hair were white there would even be a resemblance. It’s Joe E. Biden and the Dalai Bama for me from now on.
Biden => Change we can laugh at!
My word... you do get upset over the little things don’t you.
“Biden quipped, My memory is not as good as Chief Justice Roberts.
Apparently not since he conveniently forgot his law class ranking and to attribute those lifted quotes.
Oh and that Chuck was in a wheelchair.”
Yes, and you forgot to mention Biden’s brain remembers:
That FDR was on TV talking about the crash and that Cheney was only supposed to come into the Senate for a tie vote.
We must remember just how smart Biden is!
My prediction is that Biden’s crisis that he forecasted will be launched by one of his own gaffs.
Just like when the U.S. and NATO kicked the Hezzzzzzbollah out of Lebanon and 0bama and he called, in the Senate, for a NATO peacekeeping force to fill the void.
Then, on the other hand, Obama immediately ran in ahead of Roberts and got the whole thing out of whack to begin with. I think he wanted to produce a certain continuous soundbyte that immediately turned and bit him whenever he (Obama) took the lead instead of following Roberts like he was supposed to do to begin with. - Biden will be the same smart ass he has always been, and now “Jilly” seems to be about as much of a loose cannon as he is.
Biden...the gaff that keeps on gaffing
If Biden pokes the bear enough, maybe the SCOTUS actually will do their sworn duty and have a looky-loo at that insufficient bogus Hawaiian BC? Nah. That would take guts. We are still screwed.
Absolutely DID NOT. If you listen closely, there are TWO flubs. Precious O stepped on the opening line of Roberts, "I Barack Hussein Obama do..." right there Obama jumps in and starts before Roberts can finish the first line.
You're not going to kill my thrill ... The Eloquent One blew his lines. His first lines.
He should have rehearsed, gotten a teleprompter, or gotten Katie to feed him lines.
Obama is still attacking Bush Official WH website on Day One.President Obama will keep the broken promises made by President Bush to rebuild New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.

President Obama swiftly responded to Hurricane Katrina. Citing the Bush Administration's "unconscionable ineptitude" in responding to Hurricane Katrina, then-Senator Obama introduced legislation requiring disaster planners to take into account the specific needs of low-income hurricane victims.

Agreed.
Exactly...as much as I like Roberts, I’m sure he’d agree with us.
John Roberts however, put the first two together and didn't pause after the name.

I'm not sure if there is any precedent over the rhythm of the oath taking.
And are you aware that the now-idle Obamamaniacs are all over the net trying to spin this as awkwardness that O doesn't have to own? You ought to check them out for talking pts. Thinkprogress.org.
And Biden's remark was even more graceless.
I've put up with years of Drive-bys editing GW to make him look stupid.
Let them wince at the spectacle of an unprepared, badly rehearsed and awkward Little Mister Perfect.
