Absolutely DID NOT. If you listen closely, there are TWO flubs. Precious O stepped on the opening line of Roberts, "I Barack Hussein Obama do..." right there Obama jumps in and starts before Roberts can finish the first line.

He should have rehearsed, gotten a teleprompter, or gotten Katie to feed him lines.

I'm not so sure, I just watched the 2005 inauguration oath taken by GWB administered by CJ Rehnquist. Rehnquist did the following: I, George Walker Bush, (PAUSE) do solemnly swear (PAUSE) that I will faithfully execute (PAUSE) the office of President of the United States (PAUSE) and will to the best of my abilities (PAUSE) preserve, protect and defend (PAUSE) the Constitution of the United States (PAUSE) so help me god.

John Roberts however, put the first two together and didn't pause after the name.
