I don’t know, we may need those teabags to sustain us through our looming poverty. LOL
While I think this is a cool idea, is there going to be an issue because of the whole anthrax thing?
Be careful. We all know what happened to the last guy that tea bagged Obama...

I do like the idea of throwing loose leaf tea in city fountains.
Personally, I prefer 15 April for more symbolic reasons.....
I am sorry, I will not zer0 the privilage of being tea bagged by me.
Pagging Larry Sinclair!
“Items sent to the White House often experience a significant delivery delay and can be irreparably harmed due to the security screening process. Therefore, please do not send items of personal importance, such as family photographs, because items may be unable to be returned.
We also request that gifts of a consumable nature, such as food, flowers, and other perishable items, not be sent to the White House due to the security screening process. While the President and Mrs. Bush and Vice President and Mrs. Cheney appreciate your thoughtfulness, they request that you look instead to your local community for opportunities to assist your neighbors in need.”

Obama will likely never see, nor hear of the tea bag protest.
Superbowl Sunday?
And, neither will the media.
I thought about that as well. We could, however, send a picture of a tea bag or tea box.
No. It is tea and not a “suspicious white powder.”
Good idea.
THis is how I am celebrating today's events
“Personally, I prefer 15 April for more symbolic reasons.....”
That provides more time to organize as well...
;-)
To get around the strict mail screening, perhaps just sending a picture of a tea bag (or the label from one) and a note about why you sent it would work.
I’ll be sending mine.
If DHS starts investigating people for sending in teabags, then this country is simply over. Best to know sooner rather than later.
Regards
Bonehead
That’s what I figured.
Now, that’s not a bad idea.
