Well guess what? The US Military didn’t collapse when blacks were integrated 62 years ago and it won’t collapse when gays can serve openly. Guess what else? They’ve been serving quietly and with distinction for decades.
homosexualitly is by definition a behavior, it is not like being black,or a women. Our military is established with high codes of conduct (behaviour) for a reason.
You like many have bitten into the lie that homosexuality is a class of people. IT IS A BEHAVIOUR!

And per your comment, should I assume the one gay person you knew wasn’t a good soldier?You are correct in your presumption, but he was one of many that I was unfortunate enough to meet during my career.
