N. Korea: More Doctored Photo of Kim Jong-il? (another patently photoshopped one?)

KCNA released the picture of Kim Jong-il above on Jan. 18, which, according to them, show him visiting KPA Unit 2752 "recently."
The problem is that it shows the same obvious photoshopping glitch as a photo released last year. Both show a line along the long podium behind Kim Jong-il abruptly disappears on one person away from each side of him. I have to wonder why they keep showing such a picture with the same kind of well-publicized glitch. Is this sign of chaos and incompetence or deliberate sabotage of some kind to show that all is not well in N. Korea?

Look at the "shadow" his legs are throwing onto the white platform. Now look at the shadows the others' legs are throwing. How come his are longer? Save the pic and zoom, he is standing the same distance from the vertical white surface, yet the shadows are wrong.
When doctoring pics, people always screw up the shadows...

Unless he normally drags his knuckles, the arm lengths are a bit off too, as are the horizontal to vertical ratios.
Your shadow observation is the killer, though.
