My guess is that Obama would love to prosecute Bush but will hold back for fear of it backfiring politically.

Remember, Jefferson Davis was never tried...the government was afraid that a jury wouldn't convict. If Bush was put on trial in DC, the jury would be a hostile one, but there would probably be 2 or 3 jurors who would be unwilling to send a former President to prison for policy differences being labeled crimes...at least the Obama Justice Department wouldn't be able to count on a guilty verdict.

Well, actually, Bill Clinton did have a resume prior to being elected POTUS. Governor, Attorney General. Still, he was/is full of himself despite having only accomplished maintaining the status quo of the conservative agenda with respect to the economy (he stole conservative planks of the platform he used to get elected, and didn’t horribly change the “Contract with America” generated by the Republican controlled Congress). We are not going to be so fortunate with Obama since he has a Demoncrat controlled Senate and House. God Help America.

At least with Clinton, you had the sense that he was a good time charlie, though we had seen a few clips of that face turning red that were kind of scary. But this creature has no humor at all... none I’ve ever seen. Anybody ever seen him laugh? Even seen him smile?
