I wonder if icing conditions contributed? Prayers up for the passengers. CNN said the plane was flying from LaGuardia to Charlotte so it looks like it had just taken off.

It has to be freezing — NY is suffering from the deep freeze we in Michigan are!
I hope everyone gets out OK. I wonder if the extreme cold and/or icing played a part in the crash.
