“I also disagree. The media/Obama Admin/Rat Congress will get away with blaming Bush and Republicans for every problem under the sun for atleast his first term...”

One thing we are all forgetting — what happens in 1 year when his supporters don’t have their mortgages paid for by the government and if they don’t have jobs yet.

Even if the media reports one way, the “average” American who helped him get elected is not going to be happy. The liberals will always love him, the media will always love him, but the middle of the road folks won’t if they don’t have a job. That’s where the “blue dogs” come into play.

Well, one can hope, can’t he?

Asked Of Abraham Lincoln... “Why not let the South go in peace?”

Response Of Abraham Lincoln... “I can’t let them go. Who would pay for the government?”

“All we ask is to be left alone.”- President Jefferson Davis, CSA

Here's a PS to my earlier post with the quote by Lincoln, it's the audio of the speech as presented in Disney's Hall of Presidents:
Mr. Lincoln says it well!

“Bill Clinton is still “respected.”

That may be true in MSM, but for those who got to observe him and his administration “up close and personal” a different view emerges:

“I learned that from an elderly man who told me “to honor the house” as he emptied my trash bin late my first day at work.”

That’s a peculiar choice of words for a janitor, but not when you consider the stain left behind by Bill Clinton. “According to The Daily Princetonian, after the 2000 presidential election, “post-election polls found that, in the wake of Clinton-era scandals, the single most significant reason people voted for Bush was for his moral character” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impeachment_of_Bill_Clinton

Thus, while House Democrats exhibited no shame in standing by the President right after the House impeachment vote, people like the White House janitor Karl Rove encountered were deeply ashamed that their president would engage in such dishonorable conduct. That WH janitors would have a much clearer sense of what was wrong with Clinton’s conduct than Democrats in the House or Senate should surprise no one. They stood by their man, demonstrating to any who might have had any doubts, that for Democrats, party will trump principle every time. These very same chickens are coming home to roost as Obama prepares to take office.

I think you are misunderestimating the stupidity of the average American. They will blame whomever the media tells them to blame for their situation. My guess, it will be the evil Republican minority and some turncoat Dems holding up the Rat legislation that will solve all the world’s problems.

Yes, I am pretty negative these days but watching the 2008 election unfold has left me with little hope. Watching American drones blindly vote for “hope and change” shattered whatever faith I had left in the American voting public. I’m telling you, the generation beneath my generation (I’m 35) is thoroughly brainwashed and dumb as rocks. My generation, for the most part, is pretty far gone as well—completely brainwashed. I can’t believe some of the ignorance I hear repeated by some of my friends who consider themselves “informed” and ‘high class.” They actually think Gov’t is on their side and able to solve problems.

By KARL ROVE On Tuesday, America can take pride in a special transfer of power as Barack Obama becomes the first African-American to be sworn in as president. Shortly after the ceremony, the new president's aides will slip away to inspect the offices they now inhabit. They've put much of their lives on hold to take jobs that will last, for most, two or three years. Hours will be long, pressure unrelenting, decisions momentous, and families often neglected. Every American should respect their sacrifices...

Respect? Who is this jackass trying to kid here?

I don't know about others, but I've heard all I want to hear from this nincompoop.
