Revelations that Timothy Geithner failed to pay $34,000 in taxes and employed a housekeeper whose permit to work in the United States had expired are "little hiccups" in the process of confirming President-elect Barack Obama's designee for Treasury Secretary, says Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.
"That's basically what they are," Reid said Tuesday. "I am not concerned at all."
It has to be a Democrat. The article didn’t trash they guy as a Republican!
...so is Strickland going to be using the gay-American defense anytime soon?
I so hope they keep looking deeper into Strickland and find more and more dirt!
So now Strickland know why he’s been having trouble getting his “requests” fulfilled recently.....

Ted Strickland had hinted that he wanted to take the OFBI in a different direction, looking to help the poor more than working to strengthen traditional families. He seems to have done so by naming Eric McFadden to head the office. Mr. McFadden has experience with a number of groups that have worked to broaden the Catholic political perspective to include such issues as health care, jobs, the war, hunger, and poverty.

When I see that happen, I call the media outlet and ask for the reporter’s editor. And in most cases, they update the stoty.
