My 'Cat is in .32cal using Glaser Safties and Hydra shocks ... to me a .25 doesn't really do any stopping, same as a .22 unless you're an assassin creeping up on someone and doing them in the back of their head ....
At the ranges that one would normally employ a firearm that small, you *will* be at contact range, IMHO.
Hence the “get off me” name.
