The FBI and CIA would have nothing to do with it. That is, unless they’re planning a coup. And call me crazy, but I don’t think that’s likely.
Rush would need several weeks to tell that guy everything he will need to know for the coming four years.

If Rush was asked by the Obama to come talk with him, do you think Rush should have refused? Would you refuse?
And maybe it's just a ruse on Obama's part if such a meeting did take place, but if it's not a ruse why not give him some credit? And if it is a ruse, don't you think Rush would see through it and report it as such eventually?
It's kind of like President Bush sitting down to chat with Osama bin Laden. Or President Bush refusing to sit down with Ahmadinejad. Why doesn't President Bush invite Ahmadinejad to the White House.
And what if Obama kidnaps Rush like the terrorists kidnapped the Israeli soldier?
Rush doesnt look well, too much weight and too ruddy.
Ask for the low-cal dinners at all those banquets and stick with those luscious Allen Bros. steaks and a salad.

Agreed. David Brooks is a psuedo republican nothing. He is as guilty as the rest of them and worked real hard for the obamanation. To think that one time years ago I thought he was intelligent. So - Is this the rewards dinner?

He sure is smart and right on the money about conservatism every time -- the most steadfast, consistent, truest lightkeeper of the principles since Thomas Sowell.
But he don't know bananas about how not to be fat. He thinks diets work. *sigh* Definition of insanity comes to mind.
Ah well. Even Rush can't be perfect.
He's just a puppet and if he cuts taxes AND wasteful government spending he will have done more than more than a few Republicans. With socialists and journalists all relaxed and happy about change having occurred, maybe honest free market reforms are possible.
Alrea, I have tried to keep an open mind, but signs point to this guy raising some hopes, yet just altering things across the board to the point of our ruination.
Lets hope you and to a certain extent my hopes become the reality, instead of what I now perceive to be a wholesale slaughter of our belief system over the next few months and years.
Obama from day one will do what he wants. And in six years we didn’t get the backbone to do what we wanted in the way of sweeping changes.
The left is not bashful about what they want, and the implementation of what they want. We could learn a thing or 10,000 by watching how they operate to implement their agenda. Don’t get your hopes up about that though.

Yes, and Rush please start using a sunblock. You air fair skinned, and the FL sun is brutal (and for any Rio Linda FReepers...that is a melin reference...not a racial one). I see too much freckling and pinkness...SPF 45 is our friend.
