Barack Obama’s speech was a declaration of war against those of us who are the producers in our country.
This dunce Obama believes he can spend America out of the Democrat/Fanny/Freddy recession and we know this is nonsense.
Obama's a Judas goat trying to lead us to socialist, but we’re not ready to meekly walk over his empty platitudinous cliff – No Sir!
Obama is clueless about the real financial world as socialists always are, but we’re not.
To be true to ourselves and future generations, our only option is fighting back. Nobody but us can save us; there is no savior out there. The Democrats and the media are our enemies, and the Republicans are hiding in the basement.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
You may have knowledge or repose; you may not have both. Never has this been more true.
We have the knowledge so we can no longer have the repose that comes with ignorance.
We can’t sit in the stands watching others fight this war. In our hearts we know we can’t. Doing nothing will make things worse and make us a part of the problem.
We need to choose up sides and man/woman up. We have to count on each other! If you’re ready to rumble let’s get together and talk about who will do what in what part of the country.
We need people to write and call and E mail the socialists running our government. We can coordinate our effort at the Collinsreport.net
Let’s start the planning we need to start kicking ash and taking names.
Let’s start fighting back to save America. We can’t watch them end the American dream. We owe this to our children.

This reminds me of someone I know on "the other side".
VEHEMENTLY denies that she, 0bama, or the democrats in general are socialists,
yet supports every federal regulation, every redistributive policy, and every social program ever proposed.
I think she just has trouble getting around the negative connotations of the word "socialist".
That may yet happen since the GOP has been infiltrated and bought off.
Thousands of conservatives register as Democrats, and infiltrate the organization. From inside they become active and promote numerous agendas that work against the party.
Then, when they ultimately step into the voting booth, they vote conservative.
Party affiliation and voting patterns do not necessarily have to correlate.

NONE of those socialistic policies worked as well as a free market, but they had the public's love because misery loves company and despises the non-miserable. So it is with the god-man Obama. He, like Carter, like FDR, is a man-god of The cult of shared Misery. As long has he has his office and power, and with him the junior demi-gods of the Congress and the dins of the fedgov bureaucracy have their grifts, swags, comforts, health plans, free gyms, free day care and golden egg pensions, that cult's priesthood is happy.
And today we have no anglophile President of a besieged Britannia to pull us into full-out world war which (for reasons to be explained further on) rescues the economy, and restores national vigor while casting off the cultic vig.
What we absolutely lack is accountability. In nigh every sphere of culture, economy and government. Only the small transactions, and the very frugal and humble are free of the Big Imaginary Santa Claus culture and economy. The Congress enacts bailouts of stupendous imagination, based on some magical thinking Keynesian mythos. Based on abject ignorance of history, and a total disregard for honesty and ethics in money.
Comes Obama, THE Man of his time. A creature of pure imagination, of pure sophomoric self-righteous disdain for history, of pure ego. A Child-God, surrounded, adored, worshiped by the cult of the Child-Adult. Of course Obama's the hero in a Spiderman comic! What better mark is there of the cult!
Honesty and ethics are what is lacking. Government does not provide them! Yet because government officials are indemnified from accountability for actions that would be criminal in the private sphere -- running an economy as a government-driven economy is toxic to accountability, not just neutral and dilutive.
That is why World War II saved the US. In all-out war, accountability returns. People are taught in tragedy and death, in mire and blood, what the result of unfettered imagination is. The sad and unacceptable result of accepting the leadership of the amoral and unethical and the god-ship of a cult of dreamers becomes intolerable to all.
Should be have to bear such a war again? As long as the culture accepts dreams and smoke -- what other rescue might be had? And if not rescued, well then -- the outcome is far worse.

Worst case scenario worthy of a Hollywood script, a secret agency gets orders to fake an attack upon America and plants evidence another nation or religion was the attacker.
The only way to win is to go ACORN. Focus on taking back the office of Secretary of State in all 50 states and purge voter rolls of all democrats!

But it was the war, WW II, the Japanese attacking Hawaii that reset the imaginary dreamings and smokes of those in government and the social leaders of 1940 and turned the thinking of all to reality and accountability.
Your point about all out war is well taken -- can there be such a think in our days. The river of History, though, it has many strange twists.
I agree with your post, but I'd note that the Obailout is being pre-approved by "W". It's W's bailout too. There have been nothing but empty suit, big government globalists in the WH since RR. And that's why Obimbo is walking into the worst economic crisis since the great depression. The whole US economy is based on consumer spending and consumer debt. The thinking by government is that the more Americans take out loans and use their credit cards to live on, the better the economy is. This is the horse s#it economics that lead us into the current disaster. Americans live under the thumb of taxation, gargantuan mortages and credit card debt. They now have us right where they want us, in debt and impotent to do anything about the socialism being imposed on us.
Maybe America needs to hit rock bottom before we rise to economic and moral greatness again. Obama will indeed make things worse, but I'm convinced that's exactly what this stupid, self obsessed, dumbed-down generation of Americans need. As government gets more and more power over the people and commerce, the people will have impetus to rise up and rid ourselves of the cesspool called Washington D.C., and place some competent folks in power who actually love America.

1) US acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war
2) US willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.
3) Develop the illusion that total disarmament by the US would be a demonstration of "moral strength."
4) Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.
5) Extension of long term loans to Russia and Soviet Satellites.
6) Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.
7) Grant recognition of Red China, and admission of Red China to the UN.
8) Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev's promise in 1955 to settle the Germany question by free elections under supervision of the UN.
9) Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the US has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.
10) Allow all Soviet Satellites individual representation in the UN.
